Nike – Zoom Kobe IV (4) – Four Rings Quickstrike
Kobe Bryant won his fourth NBA title in June. Nike is releasing these quickstrikes to honor this accomplishment. Hearing the name of the shoes you cant help but notice the comparison to the Air Jordan “Six Rings”. I believe its a good design and a marketing technique, but i feel like this is the type of release that should happen when its all said and done, not during. Then again, this shoes are a hot commodity now so I’m sure Nike is doin what they can to milk this shoe.

Chalk Art
I was just surfin the web and came across these amazing pieces of art. They are very realistic and deceptive. Julian Beever is the English artist credited with these masterpieces. He uses a technique called anamorphosis to trick the eye into seeing a three dimensional image. I would love to see one of these in person.

Lupe Fiasco- Run This Town Freestyle
Lupe Fiasco had a concert on September 19th at Governors Island, and he decided to drop a couple of bars on the Run This Town beat and continued on to Go Go Gadget Flow. I can’t wait to hear some new stuff from Lupe Fiasco. He is definitely one of the best artist in the game.
